CDM Inc., a full line distributor of interconnect products, manufacturer of engineered cable assemblies and manufacturer of fabricated metalworks, has announced CDM’s “Almonator Salesperson of the Year” award winners for 2024: Blake Hastings (Outside Sales Territory Account Manager) and Kate Lechleidner (Inside Sales Territory Account Manager). The award made its debut in 2023 and is presented to both the top outside and inside sales producers each year. The “Almonator Salesperson of the Year” award is named after CDM’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Bill Almon, who has been in the electronics industry for over thirty years.
Bill joined CDM in 2008 establishing the company’s first Texas sales office, and since then has contributed significantly to CDM’s overall continued growth. Throughout his career, Bill has worked with industry leaders and exemplifies the integrity and work ethic that the mil/aero industry demands. Recipients of the “Almonator Salesperson of the Year” award are not only sales performance leaders but also demonstrate the personal qualities that the award’s namesake has shown over the years.
Blake and Kate both received engraved crystal awards at CDM’s Sales Awards Dinner last Monday evening, where Blake and Kate were recognized for their hard work and dedication to CDM Inc. Additionally, Blake and Kate each received customized plaques that will be displayed at CDM’s headquarters along with past and future award winners. CDM congratulates Blake and Kate for this incredible achievement and are looking forward to their continued success in 2025 and beyond.
