JF Series by Winchester
The Winchester JF line is used across a wide variety of industries including industrial, military, aerospace, instrumentation, and telecommunications. Diverse specific applications include commercial and defense avionics, weapon fire control systems and quantum computing.

Design and Manufacturing Philosophy
The JF Series uses low-resistance #20 contacts with a 0.040" diameter and is rated at 7.5 amps. Contact material is brass or phosphor bronze with gold plating, and termination is solder cup. Tough glass-filled nylon thermoplastic housings provide both enhanced current insulation and durability.

Demanding Environments and Power Requirements
The series operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making it well-suited for demanding environments. The JFA-sub-series steps up to low-resistance #16 contacts with a 0.062" diameter and a 13-amp rating, useful when higher current capacity is needed in a similarly compact form factor. The JF-series and JFA-series are also RoHS compliant.

Available Configurations
The series is available in both 2-position and 4-position in-line configurations, as well as an innovative 4-position side mounting layout to accommodate space constraints. Both pin (plug) and socket (receptacle) formats are offered, allowing flexible mating arrangements.
