In this role, Shears is responsible for managing CDM’s day to day financial and operational functions, with a focus on efficiency, financial performance, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. His responsibilities include financial planning and forecasting, budget oversight, operational strategy development, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
