Turnersville, N.J., December 17, 2025 — CDM Incorporated, a leader in the distribution of interconnect products and custom cable assemblies, is pleased to announce the hiring of David Kurowski as the company’s new Finance Director- bringing extensive experience in financial strategy, operations, and leadership to the organization. In this critical role, Kurowski will provide strategic and operational oversight for all financial functions, supporting CDM’s continued growth, profitability, and long-term stability.
As Finance Director, Kurowski will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, guiding short- and long-term financial strategy in alignment with CDM’s corporate goals. His responsibilities will include financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, cash management, maintaining compliance with U.S. GAAP, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting.
Kurowski will oversee all accounting operations- including general ledger management,accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and inventory costing- while leading the month-end close and delivering timely financial insights to the Executive Leadership Team. He will also play a central role in optimizing cash flow, managing capital planning, and strengthening CDM’s banking and audit relationships.As a leader, Kurowski will mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and solutions-focused culture rooted in accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
